On Sunday, June 26th  sixteen SEWHS members gathered at the Boerner Botanical Gardens to display their prized hostas with hopes of receiving a "winners ribbon".

These sixteen members learned the art of
displaying hostas at a hosta cut leaf workshop.

I've been told that as a result of their keen interest and enthusiasm  many of the entrants could be asked to help out at the proposed cut leaf exhibition at our up and coming  Midwest Hosta Convention in Milwaukee next summer.
