About the SEWHS

The Southeast Wisconsin Hosta Society was organized so that gardeners could learn more about the genus hosta.
In July of 1996, sixty enthusiasts met and SEWHS was born. Activities of the society include:
Speakers and Educational Programs
Monthly Chit-Chats
Garden and Bus Tours
Plant Sales and Hosta Auctions
Annual Picnic
Community Projects
Our members receive periodic newsletters filled with interesting and timely horticultural information. The yearly calendar includes special events for both the beginner and the advanced hosta enthusiast. If you have an interest in Hosta, the Southeast Wisconsin Hosta Society is for you!
